Raising Funds for Pediatric Cancer Research in Arkansas
The Brooklyn Project Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization committed to furthering research and clinical trials for childhood cancer patients in the state of Arkansas. Our mission is to conduct pediatric cancer awareness and research funding events. It is also a memorial to Asher Ray (The Bit) and her fight against Ewing’s Sarcoma.

Innovative Therapies Program
We provide funding to the Innovative Therapies Program of the Hematology/Oncology department at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
This program helps in advancing prevention, treatment, and survivorship so that Arkansas’s childhood cancer patients do not have to leave the state during the most critical time during their treatment.
We seek out unique, energetic individuals to join us in our fight for brighter, healthier futures for childhood cancer patients and their families.
We began 2019 as a grassroots’ effort to raise awareness and funds about the needs of childhood cancer patients in the state of Arkansas. Through 2024 the foundation has given $759,100 directly to the program and in support of the Asher Brooklyn Ray of Hope Endowment. Our goal is to cross the $1Million mark in 2025. We can do this with your generous help. We are an extremely low overhead cost operation. We have no paid employees and our fundraising is driven purely by donations and local support. More than 99% of your donation goes directly to cancer research.
